We acknowledge below our Fight Team and their achievements for the Year 2025.
Darren Curovic – Founder/Owner – Kao Sok Muay thai & Co Promoter DDD & Domination
Darren Curovic was inducted into the Inaugural WA Muay Thai Hall of Fame at the WA Muay Thai awards that took place in February 2025.
Darren Curovic along with Blair Smith awarded “Domination” as Promotion of the Year. Darren and Blair have been promoting amateur and pros for close to 20 years together Domination & DDD and before that PAMT.
Prior to that Darren promoted with Brett Dalton as Big Time Boxing.
Kao Sok Muay Thai Gym was a Aus Muay Thai nominee for Gym of the Year in 2025 and 2024. Kao Sok being in the top 5 gyms in Australia is amazing.
We celebrated 20 years of Jordan "Wolf" Godtfedsen being at Kao Sok.

WBC Middleweight World Title defeats Joe Ryan in February on MSS and becomes the WBC World Middleweight Champion.

Muay Thai Australia Fighter of the year Award - February 2025 awarded
Muay Thai Australia Most Active Fighter Award - February 2025 awarded
RWS - Shannon vs Linda Faysal from Germany (1st March Bangkok) Strong win
RWS – 3rd May – Shannon vs Hongthong Kor. Prasertgym (unanimous decision win)
RWS- 16th August – Shannon vs Maria Belen Bode( Netherlands) win by stoppage
Shannon vs Claire Rankine defeats Claire to become the WBC Super Featherweight World Champion(MSS – 25th October)
WBC 63rd Boxing and WBC 1st Muay Thai Convention 30th November – 5th December. Shannon was recognised and presented with WBC World Champion recognition award.

WMF World Championship in Thailand and won Silver medal.(April 2025)
WMF World Championships had a pro fight and dominated with very strong performance.
Jasmine received the WMF Australian Belt for best fight of the tournament.
Bangla Stadium fight 1 win.
